Il Nerone di Calabria sfida palati molto esigenti soddisfacendoli pienamente soprattutto se abbinato a carni rosse, grigliate, piccanti e non, ai sughi, salumi e formaggi stagionati. Ossigenandolo si avvertono intensi e persistenti profumi vinosi, molto speziati.
